We meet every day in the training room for gentle, sweaty, mostly appropriate calisthenics. It's team led. Team Fit times are posted daily on this blog. Bring it.

3:20pm Meet in parking lot for outside team fit!
Today we will fuse forces with out UW chapter. We shall meet in UBS parking lot at 3:20pm and then walk over to meet our sister chapter to form U.B.S.U.W. World Team Fit. Fit community unite!
