We meet every day in the training room for gentle, sweaty, mostly appropriate calisthenics. It's team led. Team Fit times are posted daily on this blog. Bring it.

6:15pm: Basketball TODAY
Team fit field trip to play basketball today at 6:15pm. We are playing at the outdoor court on 50th and University Ave. Slam dunk fever!
